Practice 02/02
Practice today will be held at the LDS church at 3401 South 2000 East (just East of Evergreen Jr High). Please do not wear cleats in the building! Dress for both indoor and outdoor weather (we may go outside for a few minutes) and bring your sticks, mouthguards, and goggles. New players, if you do not have these items yet, we have some sticks and goggles that you may borrow.
Practice now goes from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. We will discuss tryouts today at practice.
Enter the church at the door above the handicap ramp.

HB 218
Thank you Olympus Lacrosse Players, parents, and fans for your help in getting House Bill 218 passed! It has one more step to go (it is now on the senate floor waiting for a vote). The passing of this bill would mean a lot to Olympus Lacrosse players, giving us easier access to the Olympus High School facilities.
For practice on Monday, the team went to the committee hearing for HB 218. It was a fun practice and a great experience. Thank you to the parents and players for your patience with the short notice (I found out about it at 2:00). Our girls represented Olympus Lacrosse and lacrosse in general very well. I am sure our presence at the meeting made a difference.
We will keep you posted on any new developments in regards to HB 218!
